RETURNS POLICY

Our products are all packaged very carefully, but sometimes things get damaged in transit.

When opening your order, please ensure you check everything over that there's no damage or cracks. We will replace or fully refund all items that have been damaged/broken in transit. There will be no refunds on shipping costs.

Please follow the below steps to notify us. 

  1. Retain all original packaging as proof your order was broken in transit.

  2. Take a picture of the damaged goods with the original packaging showing the damage.

  3. Notify us right away of the damage, must be within 24 hours of goods being delivered. 

  4. Send an email to petalsinpress@outlook.com with photos attached and also explain the problem along with best contact number and your name and all relevant details.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage once your items are outside of the packaging so please ensure you check this carefully.

Sorry, we don't accept returns for change of mind purchases and we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
